1. Scope of Service
MOVING DAY,DELIVERY & STORAGE LLC operates as a licensed transportation logistics partner. We'll handle the heavy lifting, but it's vital to recognize that our liability is governed by standard industry cargo insurance limits unless specified otherwise in your specific quote.
2. Detention & Demurrage
Drivers aren't just operators; they're the heart of our flow. Loading times exceeding the standard two-hour window may incur detention fees. We don't like charging them any more than you like paying them—so let's keep those docks clear.
3. Claims & Discrepancies
All cargo disruptions must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. If it's not on the paperwork, the claim process becomes significantly more complex. We're here to help, but documentation is our shared safeguard.
